Nucleus

Image
The Nucleus: The Control Center Think of the nucleus as the CEO's office. It houses the cell's genetic material (DNA) and coordinates important strategies like growth, metabolism, and reproduction.

Mitochondria

4.Mitochondria: The Powerhouse You've likely heard this one before! Mitochondria take nutrients from the food you eat and turn them into energy-rich molecules called ATP. This process is known as cellular respiration.

Endoplasmic reticulum

3.Endoplasmic Reticulum (ER): The Assembly Line . There are two types: Rough ER (studded with ribosomes) and Smooth ER. The Rough ER helps fold and transport proteins, while the Smooth ER focuses on making lipids (fats) and detoxifying chemicals.

Golgi apparatus

2.Golgi Apparatus:  The Shipping Department Once proteins are built in the ER, they head to the Golgi. This organelle modifies, sorts, and "packages" them into vesicles to be sent to their final destination, much like a post of fice.

Cell organelles

1. Cell wall The cell wall is a rigid outer layer made of cellulose. It acts like a protective suit of armor, providing structural support and giving the plant its specific shape (usually rectangular or cubic).

Plant cell

PLANT CELL  A plant cell is a eukaryotic cell, meaning it has a defined nucleus and specialized organelles. While it shares several parts with animal cells (like the nucleus and mitochondria), it has a few "upgrades" that allow plants to stand tall and make their own food.
